SOCIAL MEDIA TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Only comments/replies from Participants who follow Usha Play’s handle on the platform they wish to participate will be considered.
Contest Participants will have the opportunity to win Usha products. The Winner of the Usha Play “FRIDAY QUIZ” will receive Usha products of Usha Play’s choice. One Winner of the QUIZ hosted on Usha Play's social media handles (Instagram, Facebook & Twitter (X) ) will be selected.
Each participant is allowed to play the quiz from only one social media handle across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter). The same person cannot participate using multiple handles or accounts on different platforms. Any attempt to submit entries from more than one handle or platform will result in disqualification.
The Winner, upon being contacted by Usha Play, must verify their identity by providing a PAN Card, Aadhar Card, and a valid government identity proof such as Voter ID, Driving License, or any other document requested for address proof via email. The Winner must also verify their account credentials. Usha Play and/or its respective agents shall not be liable for default or delay in the delivery of prizes due to incorrect personal details provided by the eligible Winner.
The Prize will only be available to Participants with a valid Indian postal address.
If the Winner successfully verifies their identity to Usha Play’s satisfaction, they will be eligible to receive the applicable Prize in accordance with the result. The Prizes will be delivered by Usha Play within one (1) month. If You are a Winner, You understand and accept that You are solely responsible for fulfilling any and all formalities required to claim any Prize won by You.
Participants must submit their comments only on the contest post published on Usha Play’s official social media platforms. One winner each will be selected at random from the pool of participants who submitted the correct answer across all platforms.
Fake profiles will not be eligible for the prize, even if they participate.
Participants release, discharge, and hold harmless Usha Play, its legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any damages whatsoever suffered, sustained, or allegedly sustained in connection with the contest or the acceptance of the Prize.
These terms and conditions may be altered, canceled, modified, or suspended at any time by Usha Play in its sole discretion, without notice.
Usha Play’s decision is final with respect to all matters relating to the selection of messages and awarding of the Prize and shall not be subject to review or appeal by any Participant or Third Party.
Usha Play will not be responsible if a participant is unable to participate or post their "Comment" due to any network problem, a breakdown in machinery, or any other technical error of any nature whatsoever.
By participating in this contest, it shall be deemed that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms and conditions as mentioned above and further undertake to fully abide by them. While you have read the terms and conditions, you also provide the consent (Read the Consent Form Below) to use your personal data for the purpose of the Friday Quiz only to be conducted on Usha Play social media handles/ Page being Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter/ (X).

CONSENT FORM:

I explicitly provide my consent to Usha International Limited (“Company”) to collect, process, use, retain and store my *Digital Personal Data (either itself or through an independent agency/third party) in accordance with the provisions of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and any Rules enacted or to be enacted herewith (“DPDPA, 2023”), for the purpose of “FRIDAY QUIZ” to be conducted on Usha Play social media handles/ Page being Facebook, Instagram and Twitter/ (X).

I understand that while doing so, Company will be obligated to ensure compliance with the requirements of the DPDPA, 2023. Also, Company will be liable to ensure that in the event my digital personal data is shared with an independent agency/third party, they also undertake similar or more onerous compliance with all applicable obligations as are earmarked in DPDPA, 2023.

*Digital Personal Data for the purpose of this Consent shall include, Personal identification information (name, address, personal e-mail, phone number, PAN, AADHAR etc.), Previous employment information, financial information (bank account details, salary slips, etc.), device and usage data (IP address, device identifiers, browsing history, etc.), attendance data, health and wellness data.
